A Dark Path Chosen - Summary

So, I noticed that the activity of writing these summary essays in Essay Writing Made Easy says they can be up to three paragraphs. It also mentions the main situation, singular. These will be some changes to this and future summary essays.

I had trouble with the theme. I hope you think the one I chose is okay.

Here is the summary essay for the short story A Dark Path Chosen from the guidebook Code of the Clans.

The main theme in A Dark Path Chosen is that of nutrition. Nutrition is important to everyone, as it provides strength for their tasks and struggles. Spottedleaf mentions that she cannot treat cats who are too hungry to fight off sickness. Darkstripe points out that it is easier to hunt when well fed, and that the Clan depends on its warriors to survive.

The main characters in the short story are Darkstripe and Longtail. A Dark Path Chosen follows them on a hunting trip to Snakerocks, where they eat the first piece of prey that they catch. Before the main characters return, a cat who is too hungry to fight off sickness dies. All the other characters in the text are secondary or minor.

Let me know what you thought of this, and the few changes I’ve made to the summary essays, in the comments.

Keep on reading.
