  To me, How The Moonstone Was Discovered was one of the most compelling pieces of lore we could have gotten. When I first picked up a copy of Secrets of the Clans and saw that title, I was gone. I could not hear or respond to anyone or anything until I had read it. The question first came to my mind when reading Into The Wild , and hearing the Clans' beliefs about the Great Cats.  As soon as they got me thinking about the forest's past, I started wondering how it all started. How did the Clans come to be in the first place? How was the warrior code made? Who decided Fourtrees should be a meeting place? And, of course, how did they discover the Moonstone ? The Moonstone is a crucial area to the Clans, and one of their most sacred places. The history of this place intrigued me long before I read this short story . My local library didn't have a copy of Warriors Field Guide: Secrets of the Clans , so I had to buy it once I had the money.  I love lore when it comes to...
